1. Booking Appointments

• All sessions must be booked at least 24 hours in advance through our [website/WhatsApp number/email].

• Birth date, time, and location must be provided at the time of booking for natal chart readings.

2. Payment

• Full payment is required at the time of booking.

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the appointment for a full refund or reschedule.

• Cancellations made within 24 hours are non-refundable, but we’ll try our best to reschedule if possible.

• No-shows will be charged the full session fee.

4. Late Arrivals

• If you’re more than 10 minutes late, your session may be shortened or rescheduled at the astrologer’s discretion.

5. Confidentiality

• All readings are 100% confidential. Your personal data and chart information will never be shared.

6. Disclaimer

• Astrology readings are for guidance only. They are not a substitute for legal, financial, medical, or psychological advice.

7. Communication

• Email or text(WhatsApp) support is available for brief follow-ups (within 48 hours of the reading).
• Longer consultations must be booked as a new session.
