We understand that unexpected situations can arise.
Please read our Cancellation and Refund Policy carefully before booking any service.
1. Appointment Cancellations
- Client-Initiated Cancellations:
- You may cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled time for a full refund or a one-time rescheduling.
- To cancel, please contact us at: contactastroniket@gmail.com.
- Late Cancellations:
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment may be non-refundable.
- At our discretion, we may offer partial refunds or allow rescheduling under special circumstances.
- No-Shows:
- If you miss your scheduled session without notice, no refund will be issued.
- You may be required to book a new session.
2. Rescheduling
- You may reschedule your appointment once without charge if requested at least 24 hours in advance.
- Further changes may incur an administrative fee of Rs 300/- INR.
3. Refund Eligibility
- Refunds are available under the following conditions:
- You cancel within the allowed time frame.
- The service was not delivered due to a fault on our end (e.g., technical issue, scheduling error).
- You booked and paid in advance but never received the service.
- Refunds are NOT issued for:
- Dissatisfaction with the insights or outcome of the session.(Astrology is a subjective and interpretive service)
- Late cancellations or no-shows (see above).
- Services already delivered (including email or pre-recorded readings).
4. Processing Refunds
- Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Transaction fees charged by third-party payment processors (e.g., Razorpy, PhonePe Stripe, PayPal,etc) may be non-refundable.
6. Cancellations by Us
- In the unlikely event that we need to cancel or reschedule your session, you will be offered:
- A full refund, or
- A rescheduled appointment at no extra charge.
